We are delighted to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Every item is carefully prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Please note that production times may vary depending on the product.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

While we strive to ensure all orders arrive in a timely manner, please be aware that unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that Return Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Some products may require original tags to be attached.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the case. Please do not return damaged or defective items without prior authorization.
